  • 2 pink apples
  • 2 small carrots
  • 3 spring onions

For the ham glaze:

  • 1 half tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp sugar (I used coconut sugar however brown sugar would work properly too)
  • half of tsp all spice
  • handful of whole cloves
  • 4 tbsp honey

  • cut the onion in 1/2 and place each portions on the bottom of the gradual cooker. sit the gammon on top of the onions, fats facet up. this will prevent it sticking because it cooks. Pour inside the apple juice and upload the peppercorns, cloves, famous person anise and bay leaves. cook on low for 6-eight hours, depending on how crumbly you want your ham to be.
