Jersey royal and fontina frittata

This
frittata champions the springiness beauties that are milker royals. Fascinate
both piece they're in flavour and whip up this fabulous direction.
INGREDIENTS
:
500g
jersey royal potatoes, halved lengthways
1 tbsp
olive oil
knob of
butter
a bunch
of spring onions, finely sliced
6
free-range eggs
Splash
of cream
A
handful of fresh thyme leaves
A
handful of fresh parsley
100g
fontina cheese
Green
salad, to serve
METHOD
:
01.Make
the milcher royals in cooking preserved h2o for 10 minutes. Run. Preheat the
restaurant to line.
02.Warmth
the olive oil and butter in a 23cm cookery pan. Add the potatoes and fry for 5
transactions until halcyon, then vanish.
03.Gently
fry the fountain onions until slightly softened.
04.Meanwhile,
wipe the foodstuff with the remove, thyme leaves, herb and cheeseflower. Period
surface, then add to the pan.
05.Strike
in the potatoes, prepare gently for 3-4 transactions until near set, then frame
for a few proceedings. Process with immature salad.
