Tasty Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

spicy buffaloed oven fried chicken bites wrapped in buttery lettuce leaves with tomatoes, quinoa, avocado, and blue cheese dressing. Buffalo bird Lettuce Wraps are a wholesome and filling lunch or dinner your complete circle of relatives will love. note that prep time consists of 30 minutes for the fowl to marinate.
Components
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup diced avocado
- blue cheese (or ranch) dressing & scallions to garnish
- 1½ kilos boneless skinless bird breast, reduce into chunk-size pieces
- ½ cup buffalo sauce, plus a bit extra for drizzling over the completed fowl if you select
- 2 cups simple panko bread crumbs
- four-6 large tender leaves of lettuce (I used Boston Bibb Lettuce)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 and lightly grease (I used cooking spray) a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
- Toss the fowl in the ½ cup buffalo sauce, cowl, and refrigerate for at the least half-hour.
- Pour the breadcrumbs right into a shallow dish. Coat each bird piece frivolously and location them on the prepared baking sheet. The baking sheet gets pretty crowded -- it's okay.
- Bake for half-hour. you may toss the baked chicken with the greater buffalo sauce if you want.
