Lemon Rice Recipe

I first heard approximately the lemon rice from my South Indian friends. Lemon Rice and Tamarind Rice have been one of these hype amongst them and everyone just talked about them all of the time. each one among my South Indian buddies appeared to love it. And their conversation made me so inquisitive that I genuinely wanted to do this lemon rice.

Components


  1.  green Chilies, Chopped – 2
  2.  Dried crimson Chilies – four-five small
  3. Cashew Nuts – 1 Tbsp
  4. Peanuts – four Tbsp
  5. Turmeric Powder – 1 Tsp
  6. sparkling Lemon Juice – four Tbsp
  7.  Salt To flavor
  8.  Pinch Of Asafetida (Hing)
  9.  Cooked Basmati Rice – 2 Cups
  10.  Oil – 2 Tbsp
  11.  Mustard Seeds – 1 Tsp
  12.  split Bengal Gram (Chana Dal) – 1 Tsp
  13.  White Lentils (Urad Dal) – 1 Tsp
  14.  Ginger, finely chopped – 1 Tsp (in case you are using)
  15.  Curry Leaves – 1 Tbsp

Commands:


  •  heat the 2 Tbsp oil in a huge non-stick frying pan.
  •  upload mustard seeds, split Bengal gram, white lentils and stir-fry until gently browned.
