Zucchini Bacon Recipe

INGREDIENTS
- 2 small to medium zucchini
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. Liquid Smoke
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
