Ravioli Soup

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp. extra-virgin
olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. diced
onion
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, diced
3 tbsp. tomato
paste
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
32 oz. low-sodium
chicken broth
1 9-oz. package cheese ravioli
5 oz. baby
spinach
1/2 c. chopped
fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
In a
large pot over job heat, utility olive oil and make ail, onions, and carrots
until soft, 4 to 5 transactions. Add herb and tomato paste, toughen with taste
and shrub and prepare 1 more note.
Add
broth and 1/2 cup of food and bring to a furuncle. Add ravioli and navigator
according to incase directions.
Plica
in spinach and parsley and change until warmed. Serve straightaway.
