Coconut Peanut Noodles with Shredded Chicken

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c. coconut milk
- 1/2 c. peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. sesame oil
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 knob ginger, peeled and grated
- 1 tbsp. white vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 lb. cooked lo mein noodles or spaghetti
- 1 lb. shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1/4 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 scallions, chopped
DIRECTIONS
- In a ample mixing ball, mix palm river, peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, ail, flavorer, acetum, and dulcify until well organized.
- Throw noodles and poulet with coconut-peanut assemblage. Spend in a banging container with cilantro and scallions.
