Yummy Turkey Cranberry & Brie Rolls #christmas #lunch

those rolls are honestly easy to make. i use a sheet of ready-made puff pastry but you may of course make your personal too. The filling is made with turkey mince, garlic and spring onion plus one mystery aspect – a fowl inventory dice! Turkey mince can sometimes be very bland but the inventory cube provides tonnes of flavour.
The puff pastry is then spread with a layer of cranberry sauce, adding a delicious sweet flavour, and then rolled up and cut into 16 chunk-sized rolls. So scrumptious!

- 100g brie
- salt and pepper to flavor
- 320g puff pastry
- 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, overwhelmed
- 400g turkey mince
- 1 clove garlic, beaten
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 bird inventory cube
- To serve: extra cranberry sauce and chopped parsley
Commands
- Preheat the oven to 180c and line two baking trays with parchment paper.
- add the turkey mince, garlic and spring onion to a big bowl. disintegrate inside the hen inventory cube. mystery ingredient to add plenty of flavour. blend well.
- add within the brie, more or less torn into small portions and season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the pastry and cut it into widthways so you have rectangle shaped pieces. unfold the cranberry sauce over every portions of pastry.
- Divide the turkey combination into and spread each piece down the middle of the pastry sheets, leaving a gap of about 1cm either side.
- Roll the pastry over the combination so that the two edges meet. Press down with a fork to seal it.
- cut each of the big rolls into eight small rolls and vicinity on the baking trays. Brush with a little beaten egg and bake within the oven for 25 mins till golden brown.
