Yummy Cauliflower Bread Buns

Cauliflower bread buns are low carb and gluten unfastened. they're ideal to apply with hamburgers, sandwiches and extra. And in contrast to other cauliflower bread substitutes, you don’t need to wring dry the cauliflower!




Ingredients:


  •  2 tbsp coconut flour

  •  2 large eggs
  •  half of cup shredded parmesan cheese
  •  2 tbsp almond flour

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to four hundred°F. In a large bowl, integrate cauliflower, eggs, cheese, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning. blend with a huge spoon until everything is thoroughly mixed. The mixture must be moist however not liquid.
  • Grease the cavities of a muffin top pan. if you do not personal a muffin top pan, you can also make unfastened-form ones on a baking sheet coated with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
