Tasty Keto Taco Stuffed Mini Peppers #christmas #dinner

Keto Taco filled Mini Peppers are low carb, gluten loose, grain loose with a paleo option. Mini bell peppers full of taco pro floor pork and topped with non-compulsory cheese, olives,  bitter cream or paleo sour cream.


Ingredients

  • three tbsp water
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese 
  • 2 tbsp black olive slices
  • ¼ cup sour cream or paleo bitter cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped clean cilantro 
  • 8 mini bell peppers cut in half lengthwise and seeds eliminated
  • ½ tbsp olive oil
  • ½ lb floor pork
  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning spice mix
  • ⅓ cup tomato sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a big baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Slice every pepper lengthwise do away with seeds from peppers.
