Keto Taco filled Mini Peppers are low carb, gluten loose, grain loose with a paleo option. Mini bell peppers full of taco pro floor pork and topped with non-compulsory cheese, olives, bitter cream or paleo sour cream.
Ingredients
- three tbsp water
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp black olive slices
- ¼ cup sour cream or paleo bitter cream
- 1 tbsp chopped clean cilantro
- 8 mini bell peppers cut in half lengthwise and seeds eliminated
- ½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ lb floor pork
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning spice mix
- ⅓ cup tomato sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line a big baking sheet with aluminum foil.
