- 2 Potatoes,boiled,peeled and chopped
- 1 Onion,finely chopped
- 1/four cup chopped sparkling Coriander
- 1/3 cup fine Sev
Method:
- add enough salt to potatoes while cooking them.Peel the potatoes and chop them into high-quality portions.
- Steam moong sprouts with a pinch of salt for five-6 minutes.
- Beat clean curds well and upload sugar,salt and 1tsp roasted cumin powder and blend nicely.
- lightly poke a small hollow in puris and arrange them on 2 plates,7 every.
- Fill them with half tsp steamed moong sprouts after which accompanied by 1 tsp boiled and chopped potatoes.
