Sriracha Turkey Burger

INGREDIENTS
4 turkey burger patties
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
4 slices pepper jack
2 ripe avocados
1/2 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice of 1 large lime
Sriracha, for drizzling
DIRECTIONS
Alter
grille or restaurant pan to top. Toughen burger patties with seasoner and
