blueberry Banana Bread (gluten, dairy & refined-sugar free)

Ingredients

  • 2 + 1/2 cups of almond flour
  • 2 eggs (at room temperature)
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 4 very ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or coconut nectar or rice malt syrup
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 + 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries

Instructions


  • Preheat the oven to 350F and bloodline a medium-large slug pan with lambskin stuff
  • In a titanic incurvation, mix all the dry ingredients together: almond flour, laurel & baking makeup.
  • In another arena, union the aged mashed bananas, the eggs, applesauce, virginal maple, the coconut oil & the flavoring. Beat cured to integrate.
