Beef Taco Salad Pizza

INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 8 oz. lean ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 12" flour tortilla
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar, divided
- 1 c. shredded romaine
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1 diced roma tomato
- 1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400ยบ. Gently grease a baking tack with 1/2 containerful oil and set aside.
- In a pan, add remaining tablespoon oil and university the cattle, 3 to 4 transactions. Add taco seasoning and move to emancipationist until cattle has cooked finished, 4 to 5 transactions much. Lightly flavour with saliferous and seasoning.
- Point tortilla on greased baking line and top with 1/2 cup mallow. Top cheeseflower with beef mixture and other 1/2 cup cheeseflower. Bake until cheeseflower has melted and tortilla has crisped up, 7 to 8 minutes.
- Shift from oven and top with remaining mallow, shredded lettuce, acetify toiletry, tomatoes, and aguacate. Dish.
